Is Electrical Fixed Wire Testing Important?

With product quality being reduced to bring down manufacturing costs and increase company profits,

It is becoming more and more important to have seemingly "unnecessary" work carried out (AKA Jobs For The Boys!). Most of the time, we generally find a loose termination is the worst fault in the system. But it was a loose termination that caused this meltdown in the photo. 

The heat was so intense from the board that was faulty, that it melted the board above it. Consequently, it destroyed everything between, so all the metering equipment needed to be replaced.

This left the client homeless for over 2 weeks as the incoming supply company and the metering company are separate entities, & they dont talk to each other. That is all down to you.   

So, in my eyes, yes. It is important!

Not everyone loves Christmas decs all year round, but I have to admit that this looks goooooood!
When the customer said they wanted their trees lit up," no problem " we said. They are down the drive. "ok" which is nearly a kilometre long , & there's 46 trees. "Hmmmm. Yep, it's all do-able. "
And yay, it was done.
