Obviously, just prior to the installation of the solar roof tile panels. This is one of those German efficient houses. The concrete plinth with all the service ducts was set in advance. Then a huge crane and the biggest Mechano set turned up with a team of German engineers. 3 days later, the house was up and it was time to get the roof covered in solar  roof tile panels.

 Nearly done, after some serious configuring of wiring with the Redland crew. These are an absolute must if you are considering solar PV panels on a new build or having your roof re-done.

 And here are the Redland solar roof tile panels up close and personal. It took some serious thought on how to get this string back to one cable entry point! 

New Redland Solar Roof Tile Panel Installation in East Preston near Worthing, West Sussex

Just started a solar panel install using Redland solar panel roof tiles. This is where the solar panels are integrated with the roof tiles.
Redland Technical turned up to educate the roofers how to install these 72 solar panels.
Before they were taken to roof level, each panel was tested. ALWAYS DO THIS!! Dont get complacent! We found a duff one, which would have really cocked things up!
